In order to confirm your reservation we would request a pre-payment of € 100 per apartment, payable by means of a crossed cheque or bank transfer. We cannot be held liable for any associated charges.
Important: we can only book your reservation once your pre-payment has been received.
Apartments may be occupied from 2.00 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Please vacate your apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellation conditions:
- Room cancellations are only valid when made in writing.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival incur no charge.
- Cancellations made between 30 days and 15 days at the latest prior to the day of arrival will be charged at 40% of the total price.
- Cancellations made between 15 days and 8 days at the latest prior to the day of arrival will be charged at 60% of the total price.
- Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the day of arrival will incur a charge of 1 full week.
- The full period booked will be charged for early departures and late arrivals.
